Mestre (Venezia), 20 September 2019 – On the 19th of September, Banca IFIS’s Board of Directors decided to strengthen the Risk and Control Committee, established pursuant to the Corporate Governance Code as well as the Bank of Italy’s Circular No. 285/2013, broadening its composition.
The Risk and Control Committee is thus composed as follows: Daniele Umberto Santosuosso – Chairman, Monica Billio, Antonella Malinconico, Simona Arduini e Roberto Diacetti, all independent Directors.
